Bad service at White heart decor

We booked the white heart deco venue at Truro centre, Northdale, Pietermaritzburg in February 2020. We were asked to pay a deposit of R2500, which we did. Then covid and Lockdown hit the country. White heart messaged us to say that all deposits would be refunded. We understood the situation and were understanding and patient. White heart refunded us R350.00 on 5 May 2021 and R250.00 on 5 June 2021. We didn't hear from them in months so we messaged in December 2021 to query. Thereafter they refunded R300.00 on 1 February 2022. Following that I messaged Jay the owner every single month. He has since refunded R300.00 on 17 June 2022 and R400.00 on 2 August 2022. Jay promised to refund more on 2 September 2022. When I messaged him, he did not respond. White heart has been fully functional for over a year now. There is no reason why they cannot just refund our balance of R900.00 immediately. The owner Jay is now being rude, difficult and unprofessional. I have explained on numerous occasions that my husband is a pensioner. We have all suffered the consequences of covid. Please do the right thing and refund our entire deposit. We simply cannot afford to lose this money
