FILTHY ROOMS AND BAD SERVICE

I was at a wedding in Brits, stayed at this Wedding Venue and was greatly disappointed. Firstly, the room was NEVER cleaned, no clean bedding was given, the bathroom light was not working and also had the only mirror in the entire unit. Spider webs all over. It looked like someone had a picnic on the bed (crumbs and food). The room also smelt mouldy. I sent a review on their website and got a response saying guests must understand it is in the bush so there is a lot of just, yes dust not someone's lunch on my bed!! WEAK REPLY FROM THE OWNER!! Disgusting at best! That does not excuse the fact that you do not inspect your rooms.
