Whispering Palms B&B Nababeep leave a bitter taste.

Arrived at Whispering Palms B&B, tired after 7~8hour drive from Cape Town and had to wait 15 minutes for the owner D Cloete to open the front door. He was informed that we were near the place. He proceeded to tell us (5) how 'boos' he was because we should have been 7. He was informed 2 weeks prior via email that only 5 would be using his facilities. He then informed us that we may not make use of the pool or braai facilities on Saturday as it was booked for a 21st. Did offer us the use of a gas braai though. The communal television had no signal so we could not watch television. He said it was due to the wind the previous day(local residents did not know about heavy wind!). The place was clean. Will I use Whispering Palms, Nababeep again~no definetly not! I would rather pay more elsewhere and get to use the amenities which we paid for.
