Whiska kitten & Royal Espressio Logistics ****

Warning to pet *****s out there. We were looking to purchase a Persian kitten. We checked the website, the testimonials etc. All looked legit. We paid the funds including courier costs. They said the couriers will contact us to make arrangements. I received an email and telephone call from Royal Espressio Logistics (Andrew) confirming all the arrangements. Then they requested a crate fee of R18 999 to be paid, fully refundable upon delivery of the kitten. When I said we can't pay that excessive amount they asked how much can we afford. I reverted back to Whiska Kitten to ask why do we have to pay an additional amount as we already paid the courier costs. They offered to pay half of the costs as it escaped their mind to tell me about the extra costs as it is winter and the kitten needs to be kept warm. I asked them to pay the fees since it is fully refundable the next day. Thereafter I was blocked on WhatsApp and received no refund as promised.
