Poor management approach

Poor management s****s when we wanted to return a meal which was inedible due to the excessive chillies in the meal, the menu states hot but the meal was beyond hot. We were approached with a poor attitude when asking to return the meal with less chillies and when telling the manager that we wont pay for the meal this was also declined. We were never told that the meal was excessively hot and should be stated on the menu. The restaurant manager then approached the table with an extremely aggressive attitude and provided no constructive manner to resolve the issue.

In all the rest of the meals were fantastic but the attitude of management was out of line and spoilt our Sunday lunch.
