Missing denim jacket ****** by staff

My name is Nomcebo , We visited the Whisk Wine bar restaurant on the 07 December 2023 for our year end function. I accidentally left my denim jacket that I had just bought. I called the restaurant immediately when I realized what had happen that was after an hour. The manager said he will check for me. He called me saying they have never saw it. I am so disappointed with the entire staff that was serving us. We spend R34 000 on that day. They are not honest people, what happened to customer service? A bunch of *******.
