*** provides NO customer service

Given that Whirlpool clearly does not care about customer service, it seems somewhat redundant writing this complaint. Anyhow, it is always best to put out there poor experiences as one hopes the lesson is learnt someday.

I emailed Whirlpool ZA on 17 March requesting an instruction manual for my new hob. I CLEARLY indicated that the instructions found on Whirlpool's website did not reflect how to operate the actual hob and that I required instructions as such.

Instead, a person by the name of Zanele responded and attached the very same manual which I stated was of no help (it merely gives care instructions, installation instructions etc, not stove-top operation).

This is exceptionally frustrating given that my request was not even read or attended to. I asked for the page number to show me where the explaination of operating the hob was.

Approximately two minutes after I emailed the aforementioned, I received a response saying that that is the only user manual they have on the system.

Again, I emailed back to ask if that is the case, must customers just not then have a manual to operate their stoves? Note that when my Whirlpool hob was delivered, no instructions came with it.

My reply has been ignored and I am absolutely disgusted at how this company operates, as well as the audacity of the client services whom are meant to "serve" but are clearly incomponent and stupid.

Higher level management contacted me to apologise. The correct instruction manual was emailed to me.
