Worst Service ever ! JT 369 SL Microwave, stay away!

I purchased a Whirlpool Jet JT 369 SL Microwave which at first was a pleasure to use. this changes when it required repairs. After requesting service online and paying a deposit, they sent their representative in Pietermaritzburg a Monty's Repair service to fix my microwave it was then taken away on 2019-03-22, I still have no microwave and have been in contact with Whirlpool on numerous occasions. their latest is that they will refund me for the call out. I now sit without a microwave oven and a refund of R500.00. Not what I would like anyone else to experience. their disdain and arrogance has no bounds.
