Worst product reliability and support I have almost ever seen

Never in my 40-year-old life have I had a fridge or freezer that started giving problem within it's warranty period. Our freezer is less than 2 years old and the frost sensor has already packed-up. We have been without a working freezer for almost a week now, and there is constant excuses of part availability and timelines.

It’s not like it’s a washing machine that you go without for two or three days. This is a freezer, that you have to take all your food out of and either throw away or take to family or friends to store. Currently all our food is 10km away at my sister’s house. Which means that we have to travel 20kms every day to go get something to make in the evenings.

I thought I was buying a quality product but I was obviously very, very wrong. A hard life lesson learnt. I am warning my family and friends against this brand, and will never again pay a cent of my hard-earned money towards this company.
