Why I will never buy Whirlpool products again

I bought a Whirlpool oven 2 years ago and just after it had gone out of guarantee it became faulty. I then took it to an independent appliance repair centre who told me (and I checked myself) that it would take around 8 weeks to bring in a certain part. Apart from the simple \LCD control unit\" costing R3000 plus labour costs, what am I reasonably expected to do without an oven for 8 weeks? I am most likely going to rather buy a new oven instead and I can tell you with cer*****y the one brand that it wont be. Thanks for making my next purchasing decision that much easier Whirlpool."
