WHIRPOOL WORST FRIDGE COMBO EVER-W7 820K

I bought whirlpool a fridge in 2021 via… I bought whirlpool a fridge in 2021 via Krefel in Wevelgem. A no frost fridge. It worked for a while but for months now only the deep freezer works and upstairs does not work. Whirpool came three time to check what the problem was. The fixed three things. The lights, compressor and something that was responsible for cold. Yet it still does not work. Now am battling with them for a nice fridge that has to be changed. I have been calling the whole day. The are taking me up and down and it seems no one knows what the hell to do with this situation yet i paid 75euros per year for this kind of service. This is hell. I will never buy any WHIRPOOL PRODUCTS. I had a Miele for so many years and never had problems. This is total madness. Beyond madness. When i call they pretend that they do not hear. They pretend that the line is not working. What kind of company is this WHIRLPOOL. Never never will i ever buy anything from this **** **** company.
