Whirlpool/KIC

My KIC fridge has stopped making cold. The fridge is just out of warranty.I have made contact with Whirlpool and explained what happened.They have informed me that it is out of warranty and will assist to send out a technician that will cost me R450. Once the technician has supp**** me with a quote i can decide if i will accept the quote.

I have explained to them that it is just out of warranty cant they assist. Whilrpool has arranged to send out a technician to do his assessment They have inspected the fridge and uploaded it to a workshop. They have repaired my fridge at NO COST...Thank you for backing your brand...I will definitely recommend Whilrpool/KIC .
