Whirlpool Worst Service Ever. Don't Buy Their Washing Machines

I would like to share that Whirlpool repair service is nothing but bull. I bought a washing machine in February, was doing renovations at the house so i only got to unpack it a few weeks later. When i used the Washing Machine it was loud & Kept on jumping around after a few minutes through the Washing cycle. I reported the matter and was advised to remove bolts at the back of the machine. I did so but only to find that the noise was still there and i escalated the issue again around April. I was requested to fill out a form and i did so, next they wanted Proof Of Purchase, i sent it to them. It's been months but still no repair guy has come to assist me. I did register on the warranty but still no help with the matter at hand. Reference 115933. My advice is never purchase a Washer Dryer Washing Machine from Whirlpool its really bad and the service is poor.
