Whirlpool washing machine spinning out of control.

We bought a Whirlpool washing machine a couple of years ago and took the Makro extended policy until 2024. The machine goes all out of balance during the spin cycle and it sounds like it wants to break apart. We notified Makro and a technician came out to have a look. After "modifying" something on the machine it was better for a couple of spin cycles, but now it's worse than before. This is the first and last Whirlpool product we will buy.
