Whirlpool ****s company

I have a whirlpool oven I have used it for quite a few years, about 4 years. The oven is now not working properly I contacted whirlpool to fix the oven and I am prepared to pay for the repair, they charged me a call out fee of 600 Rand and promise to come fix it. They just ****** me and not prepared to fix the oven. I am disgusted with their after sales service. Whirlpool ****s.
