Whirlpool stink

New machine under guarantee breaks down whirlpool says "turnaround time for repairs is 24 to 48 hrs. 3 weeks later..... No calls from them (" not even to go away") or explanation as to why or what. Promises of a manager to call me last Monday!!! Staff refuse to let customers speak to anyone who can give reasons!!!! Buy a different make for your own sanity! We have spent enough on laundry to have bought 2vbew washing machines at R5, 000 each!!!!!!!
