Whirlpool South Africa poor service

The call center service is very poor each one of the consultants tells you another story. I'm struggling from December 2018 to receive a credit number and still im waiting for it, even if i asked them to help me seeing that the store where i bought it is in a nother province and the only transport i have for the dishwasher is today they still tel me theirs nothing the can do for me.

Although the overall service is bad Charlene was the only one who would walk the extra mile to help me
