Whirlpool South Africa gives no warrantee service.

Really getting very bad service from Whirlpool South Africa. Reported my washing machine to be repaired. Waited days for someone to show up and now going on three weeks of silence. No contact. Don't want their product anymore. This after being a happy user of a previous model for 18 years.
