Whirlpool South Africa after care service shocking

I logged a call on Friday 6 February 2015 and received my Ref WJ020726 and was told that somebody would attend on Monday 7 February. As from Monday I have phoned them everyday to enquire about my call and every time I get told that a technician will attend the next day. Today 11 Feb @ 15:28 I phoned their Head Office on *** to bring this to the attention of the Service Manager and was told that all Management were out of office. Pity I took an extended warrantee on the device I bought!!!!
