WHIRLPOOL Sixth Sense Induction Hob & Uncustomer Non Service!!!!

I rue the day we bouthe the above appliance. i had been so thrilled to get such an upmarket appliance, what a dissapointment! I had it for 3 months and one of the plates blew. Keeping in mind t his is a R23000.00 hob! It was repaired with in a week being in guarantee we collected it a week later. No Problem

3 years later another plate blew in November 2016 . Called Whirlpool they sent a repair guy, he didn't have the part said is had to be ordered from overseas and that Whirlpool closed over Christmas so I wouldn't have a hob for then and the part would take 6 weeks. It was order, the wrong part came so andother 6 weeks after 9 weels I calle again to find it hadn't been ordered so another wait , finally got it end May but the hop still wouldn't work it needed another part so the whole comedy of errors started again. He actually took the hob with him , so when the part came he could fit it and check that it worked. It is now June 2017 I still haven't got a hob, that is 9 months!!!! The only good this is that the technician didn't charged us for the second visit! I am sure he is very embaressed.

I have given up ever getting a repaired hob and I have had no come back or information as to what is happening. I see they don't even reply to this website, so I already know what sort of ******* company this is. Had I know the they were linked to KIC I would never have bought this brand. I am battling with a one plate induction hob and a microwave and oven. Mentioned to my husband that the we should just get a new hob from Smeg! He's not please.
