WHIRLPOOL SHOCKING product and service!!!

In October last year, I purchased a Whirlpool Washer/Dryer. I was shocked to see my washing come out full of brown/grey stains. I thought it must be the new washing powder I was using so I tried a different brand but got the same results. I went back to Game and they arranged for a Whirlpool technician to come out and look at my machine. He duly arrived and when I showed him all my ruined clothes and towels he photographed them and noted all the damage. He said that the bearings in this brand new machine were leaking and that they would give me a full refund. However, what about all my ruined items. I emailed their customer services as well as their rep Dean Naidoo. I had no response so I resent the email but still no response. This is absolutely SHOCKING. Do NOT buy Whirlpool under any circumstances.
