Whirlpool Service Provider business ethic

After waiting a long time for someone from Whirlpool to come out we unfortunately had a visit from Andy from Executive Appliance Service.

Not being able to service the unit immediately and having to return the office to "send a quotation" he refused to leave the premises without receiving payment in full for the call out fee. Principally I have no issue with the call out. Just the aggression and obstinate demand for it.

NO chance i am accepting this quotation given the conduct. I know Whirlpool doesn't respond or seems to care very little about representing itself here on hellopeter but thought other consumers should beware.
