Whirlpool SA Selling cheap junk to SA Consumers

Hi All<br> I am posting this because I am very unhappy with the cheap junk that I was sold by Game. It is a KIC 314Lt Fridge/Freezer with a water dispenser.<br> I bought this fridge late in December but it only arrived in January 2015. Two days later the fridge was not getting cold like it should and it got replaced with a new one. A week later the same thing happened and my food even went off because of it! It turns out that the light in the fridge gets so warm that the top shelf does not get cold.<br> I then contacted Game who logged the call with Whirlpool SA. Its been about 3 weeks now and the matter is not resolved. They took 2 weeks to contact me and never would have if I didn't post it on their Face book page.<br> I demanded a new model unit but they refused. I am paying R4000 for a piece of junk!!<br> Apparently they have credited Game for the fridge and they are supposed to contact me but nothing has happened.<br> I am so fed up of us as South African consumers being exploited like this!! Its time we take a stand and demand better products!!
