I am severely disappointed, not only with the quality of our Whirlpool fridge/freezer (which cost us R13 000 and only lasted 3.5 years), but also with your after sales service - absolutely useless and just a waste of my time and airtime.

Fridges usually last ten years plus, all of my previous fridges have been cheaper and lasted 3 times longer. I will never support Whirlpool again, most specifically due to your after sales service. Not only have we lost a lot of money with this poor purchase, we have also lost all of our perishables and frozen food that we had stocked up fro December with.

Samsung all the way in the future, they at least offer assistance when things go pear shaped.
