Whirlpool repair contractors are not honest and trustworthy

One of your contractors, Andy from Executive Appliance Service has done repairs on my Whirlpool appliances for many years. As a result, I have Andy’s bank details saved in my beneficiary list on my internet banking.

On Tuesday 24/07/2018, I was busy doing internet payments to my beneficiaries and mistakenly paid an amount to Andy which was meant for another beneficiary. On realising my mistake, I sent Andy a WhatsApp message advising him of my mistake and asking him to please refund my monies once they had cleared through his bank account. I then called Andy on Wednesday 25/07/2018 where he committed to checking his bank account but did not commit to refunding my monies.

On Saturday 28/07/2018, I sent Andy another WhatsApp message advising him that I was sure my monies had cleared through his bank account and could he please refund my monies to my bank account. I provided Andy with my bank details in my WhatsApp message dated 24/07/2018.

Although Andy has read my WhatsApp messages and I have spoken with him telephonically, it appears that he is ignoring my messages which tells me that he is refusing to refund my monies mistakenly paid into his bank account.

I sincerely hope that this isn’t the calibre of person that Whirlpool uses as contractors for the repair of their client’s appliances. I will not do business with this man again and would rather get rid of my Whirlpool appliances than use the services of Executive Appliance Service
