Whirlpool products: STAY AWAY! Poor back up service!

OK, looking through the other comments about the customer service by KIC/Whirpool on this site, I suppose this post is really just out of desperation without any prognosis of any positive action. But still, here goes... I have a very bad prior experience with this *********** lot with my eye level microwave, but at least hat has been fixed after MONTHS of waiting. Now the same thing happened with the matching eye level oven - no satisfactory response from the customer service line ***. Promises about callbacks, getting someone with authority to call me, unexpected cancellation of the ticket... and the list goes on. Granted, the power supplies on these fancy machine tend to go thanks to load shedding, so it's probably a good product, but I advise customers to stay away from Whirlpool, simply because when it's broke, it ain't gonna be fixed any time soon.
