Whirlpool out of warranty service

<p>Dear Whirlpool,</p> <p>I have been extremely patient and have made numerous calls to your call centre with regards to service call WJ145413 unfortunately the call centre cannot help me as they just do not get information from either parts department or technician.</p> <p>This call is outstanding since 21 Feb, first repair fixed F6 error for 2 weeks and then 7 Mar reappeared, since then I have not been able to use my dishwasher.</p> <p>Technician came out 30 Mar, replaced with a control board, error did not go away, subsequently found out that it requires a different part and that there is nothing wrong with the control board.</p> <p>Technician said it needs a diverter motor and that he would order it. This is now almost 8 weeks ago.</p> <p> </p> <p>Every time I phone your call centre I get a different answer. End of last week I was told part in stock and technician will call for repair. This week it seems part was not even ordered!!!!</p> <p>I cannot get to a manager or supervisor as call centre will not transfer me to one!!</p> <p>Please may I have a truthful response so I can go out and buy another dishwasher if this part is not going to come in.
