Whirlpool most useless company ever

Hi everyone so bought a whirlpool washer dryer combo 9/6 in Februarie 2023 Nice washing machine. Very impressive machine loved the machine now a 11 months and 20 days old my problem starts so according to them. I cutted the the front loaders boot rubber okay thought by myself maby I did. So then. On the 09 of January phoned them got a technician to order it and to come and install it boy o boy was I in for a supraise today. The technician on the 31/01/2024 he came and install it took. Time off work to be at home. So he install it make sure it not leaking so I've decided to go back to work my wife phones me at 3 pm. There's a cut on the rubber. I asked first thing did you. Wash something she said no I though maby. It's just the mold so I arrived at home just too discover theres a cut. Literally on the same place as where I thought I broke it I inspected the old rubber against the new rubber and precisely at the same play same point was the problem so tell me. What's it my fault pended R2000 maby for nothing as its Cleary a manufacturing problem

After 4 weeks. Have the same problem

Don't even think the management is better phined them 4 times or diffrent times This was the answers I got. At 9 pm his in a meeting At 2 pm he's not there anmore Next day. No he's not in

The other day no I just missed him he went. Out
