Whirlpool mismanagement in SA

Surely there must be some way of contacting America regarding the abysmal manner in which Whirlpool is treating clients. They have an international product with a good name and are dragging the product and clients through the mud. How can they have an agency of this magnitude. I have tried to find some way of contacting the States. But have been unable to find anything. Any ideas out there
