Whirlpool KIC Ovens - Fire Hazard

KIC oven model KEO 603 TX is a fire harzard. There is no insulation between the element and the bottom of the oven, twice this oven has burnt through and burnt a whole through the wood underneath. I have replaced the element three times and the technician saw the fire damage that was done and wasnt concerned at all and still tried to blame me for tampering with the unit. The service from whirlpool is shocking! I have sent an email to the customer experience email and have had no response which tells me a lot about how they care for their customers.
