Whirlpool is the WORST when it comes to customer service and Empathy.

They have unreliable products and the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever. Even their technicians are rude.

I bought my washing machine at Makro, it suddenly went off while washing one day. I took it to the Makro RETURNS office, where I incidentally saw ANOTHER Whirlpool washing machine.

I was advised to take it back and they will send a technician to have a look at it. Their technician called me and told me that they won't repair my machine because the motherboard was damaged by insects. He was even very rude. I bought the thing for R9000 where I could have bought a Samsung for half the price.

I don't know why Makro still does business with them.
