Whirlpool has disgusting and useless customer service to get a replacement part for a product under warranty

Whirlpool has disgusting customer service! My mom has been trying for going on 3 months now, to get a replacement door handle for her oven that is still under warranty. She just gets told that customer services "are struggling to get hold of the technician". Surely if the technician doesn't even answer his phone then Whirlpool should get someone who can actually do the job?! Really disappointed in the service and I will never purchase any Whirlpool products again after this experience...
