Whirlpool Gas hob Con

Please beware I purchased a Whirlpool gas hob on 20 December. Last Saturday 12 march was proberberly the 1 st time we used 2 "plates' on this stove .While we were have our meal a while later we heard a gunshot type noise coming from the kitchen. The noise was actually the glass from the hob that shattered We went to Hirsch's who submitted a claim to Whirlpool The clever technician came in to review the damage a and informed me this was due to the incorrect valves as the vales installed . As the valves were meant for natural Gas and my claim will be declined To Any other question his standard answer was "I dont know " This was the installed valves from Whirlpool How anyone fit Natural gas valves when only 20% of the country uses Natural gas? this can only be a business practice of this organization to sell Parts and Accessories at exorbitant prices and yes the price of the is exorbitant. As there was warning no label to actually state that these were natural gas valves installed I did again Query this with this with this 'technician" besides the standard i ndont know response said he will give me managements number , he sent me a number of the call center who once again gave me the standard 'I dont know" I am only the agent here response Beware of this practice they are out to con you out of your hard earned Money
