Whirlpool Fridge Not Delivered

Good Day<br> <br> We logged in a call on the 11th march 2015. The technician came to check what happened and he said the freezer showed be exchanged. We have been calling the call center and head office but no one is helping me.<br> Its going to 2 months now without a freezer. The first month we had to throw away food. <br> I really thought Whirlpool was the best product, no i really don't know their service is very poor.
