Whirlpool dishwasher - product fault and no customer service

I bought a whirlpool Dishwasher in December 2021, I used it exactly according to the manual. It worked perfectly for 8 weeks, but then the heating system did not want to work anymore and it did not rise or drain well. I tried to contact whirlpool but it is an absolute struggle to get feedback from them. My machine is still under warranty but assistance from whirlpool is very poor. I am not happy at all about my purchase or the customer service.
