Whirlpool

Phoned them as my dishwasher was giving an error F8 E1 They promised a tech would come out in 24 to 36 hours. A tech eventually after numerous called came out a week later. Took photos and said Whirlpool will contact me as to repairs. I had ascertained that " Turbidity " sensor was faulty. They said sensor and pump would need replacing that cost me R600. I sourced sensor myself and fixed dishwasher in 5 minutes. A week later Whirlpool phoned me to send quote to repair. Told them not to bother. If this is how they do service then I dont want anything to do with them.
