whirlpool and aftercare... NOT GOOD

i have a 90cm oven and need a new seel... i emailed whirlpool and asked if they still make the seel and they just referred me to someone who sells stock... i asked the person repeatedly just tell me if they still make it...and he just keep sending me the person that sells stock. phoned that person and he said they get referrals like that all the time. with no help from whirlpool. phoned another stockest and they said to get spares and stock from whirlpool is very difficult. i feel it is very bad to buy a whirlpool product and they don't give spares...what should i buy a new oven everytime something small breaks. will never buy a whirlpool or any appliances related to the company... do not get service after...
