WHIRLPOO - Bad Product and Bad Service

Very unhappy with the level of quality and service I have received from Whirlpool wrt a Dishwasher I purchased from them end of 2014. It was one of the most expensive so I thought I was buying quality. Especially after paying R8000 for it. IT IS *******! Didn't work from the start, never cleaned dishes properly nor used the soap in the soap dispenser. When I phoned them to complain they were very snotty about it and said a technician would contact me. It was weeks later that a very rude thrid party rocked up and 'cleaned' our dishwasher saying its all fixed. It wasn't. Then I called a second time and the same rude technician came back and said he gets a lot of Whirlpool problems. He didn't want to really fix it because he had to order a spare and come back but I made him order it. It took about 3months! Then he came unannounced, drained the water all over our kitchen floor and replaced the part. He then leaves unannounced, leaves a big mess and the dishwasher is worse than before! STAY AWAY FROM WHIRLPOOL!!!
