Webster's attitude just like a Whirlpool
I sent Whirlpool an email regarding my KIC refridgerator's rubber seals that is not straight. As a result when air enters the freezer (bottom) it ices up, badly.
I bought this fridge in 2012, so I fully understand that the warranty last for 2 yrs only, so I just missed it. I always wondered why this freezer ices up so badly, every week.Until a couple of months later (3-6 months) when I noticed the rubber seals on the door aren't flush with the fridge, top and bottom!

Whenever this happened I would think about calling Makro Edenvale (store I purchased fridge), and just never did. Now it's 28 months later and the fridge also ran out of gas, literally 2 days after i sent the email. I was made to believe that these openings can/will/did cause the gas supply to run out much sooner. My previous KIC brand fridge never ran out of gas, had it for 6 yrs before I gave it away.

Now all (besides the gas issue) of the above I mentioned to Webster on this email address: [Email Removed]
I even suggested sending one of their technicians to confirm that it is not wear and tear or damage, as these rubbers are only 'bent'. Webster came off very irate and never rep**** after the 2nd email!?
