Washing machine whirlpool. BAD BAD. NO SERVICE.

Whirlpool is not giving service. Since the 5th of June they came to see what is wrong with my washing machine. They said I must first pay for the part what I did and since than I phone them about twice a week the they promise tomorrow they will come. Since then they got R4350 from me and they never come to repair my machine. They just PROMISE PROMISE. I am VERY VERY cross and I am now on my way to there workshop to try and get my money back.
