Washing machine packing up after 2 odd years ?

Very dissapointed in Whirlpool products , purchased ALL whirlpool appliances August 2015 , 9/2/ 17 my washin* machine is not p7mping water in , call out a reputable company to sort out , they have to replace the pump, as the technician switches it on the DB board blows the6 take i5 away , we are requested by the repair company to transfer R3198 to the comany do they can purchase the DB board from Whirlpool, by Friday DB board hadnt arrived ? My gripe why does it take so long ? why does an expensive machine pack up,like that after 2 odd years we are a family of 3 VERY DISSAPOINTED last time I purchase any of your products , in my 28 years of having machines not as expensive as this one 1st time I have such a problem !
