Washing machine

I bought a washing machine on 6 Oct 2017 at Game in Lakeside Benoni. Machine doesn't balance itself when rinsing or spinning. I logged a fault with Whirlpool on 8 January 2018. Reference number is 24753. 15 January and 22 January I called them again. Still no response from technician. Machine performs in such a way that you must rearrange washing up to 3 times before it continues. My worst washing machine experience in 31 years.
