Waiting 8 weeks to fix diswasher (and counting)

I logged a broken dishwasher on 24 March, and has since paid R700 for a call-out fee and spare parts, but my dishwasher is still broken and I have logged 10 calls at the Customer Care line - being promised time and again that the part will arrive soon, that the supervisor will call me, that the sales manager will call me, but none of this happened. The last was that the technician promised to come out Wednesday 10 June. I am still waiting... Moral of the story: STAY AS FAR AWAY FROM WHIRLPOOL AS POSSIBLE!!!
