Very Poor After Sales Service
<p>I purchased a top of the line Whirlpool dishwasher on 20/04/2016. In December 2016 it began giving problems and finally stopped working in January 2017. I called Whirlpool, ref WJ 143899, and they sent out a Technition who indicated the water pump had to be replaced. </p> <p>I waited two weeks and eventually had to contact Whirlpool as nobody got back to me.</p> <p> </p> <p>i spoke to Kgotso on 28 February and he indicated that they will be replacing the dishwasher. </p> <p> </p> <p>Just got got off the phone and they are still waiting for approval to do the replacement. I paid R8,663 for a dishwasher that I have unable to use for the last three months , and counting.</p> <p> </p> <p>i will not be able to recommend any Whirlpool product to anybody and in fact want to discourage anybody from buying from this brand based on the poor product and even worse after sales service I received.</p>
