Very impressed

My 13 month old side by side fridge and freezer started giving a problem on the fridge side. The local technician tried everything to solve it but wasn't successful. Between us we started communicating with the head office and did have some hassles in the beginning, but after a couple of calls that was resolved. It turned out that the units we purchased had been discontinued and my fridge would have to be replaced. As my units had been purchased as a set, they replaced both units with the latest models, which are of a far better quality than my originals. My sincere thanks to all concerned for making what could have been a really bad experience, a wonderful one.
