Useless expensive machine

I bought Whirlpool machine that cost 17000, I have a huge regret ,it is useless can't wash clothes properly, it's not easy to use. What a expensive useless machine. I hate anything that is being produced by Whirlpool. Bought Sumsung the best washing machine ever
