USELESS!! They arrived 3+ MONTHS AGO, **** to me about the call out fee to start ioof with - wanting to ***** from me!! My part is STILL NOT DELIVERED??!! Promises every time I call!!

Is WHIRLPOOL going to do something or shall I proceed with further action?????
