Unacceptable and disappointing service and product from Whirlpool

I bought a whirlpool five-gas burner Hob via Takealot in November 2022. The smallest burner stopped working, which I reported to Whirlpool in February 2023. They have sent the same company out six times over five months to fix the hob, which is still not working. The company that they utilized to fix the hob have lifted the hob so many times that the rubber seal under it has started to come off, and they have incorrectly reattached the gas which led to a leakage. I have had minimal feedback from Whirlpool despite many emails listing my complaints. They have provided a truly disappointing and unacceptable service. I paid for 5 burner gas hob which not even a year down the line is already damaged and has only functioned as a four-gas burner.
