UNABLE TO SUPPLY PARTS

Its been weeks since reporting a problem with my washing machine to Whirlpool SA Head Office. I have to phone them to follow up on progress. It is unacceptable that they cannot come up with a simple part like a V-Belt for weeks! I have spent R2000 already on laundry services during this time. This was my last Whirlpool appliance.
