Third fridge still defective

My first defective fridge (stopped cooling) was replaced after two weeks since logging the call, in that time I had no cooling facilities. The replacement had a large dent on the outside of the door and made the most ********** screaming/screeching noises so loud that it woke me up numerous nights. I received another replacement a month after that. And this replacement was delivered without a light on the inside. There is a big hole where the light is supposed to be. Definitely not \third time lucky". This is for sure the worst product I have ever bought. I hope the fourth one will be in perfect working condition."""
